A leading and innovative Construction Consultancy is looking for a dynamic Construction Project Manager to enhance their team in Leeds.

The Construction Project Manager Role

In this crucial role, the Construction Project Manager will be a key figure in driving the success of the consultancy. Your involvement will span across various project types, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with corporate occupiers, understanding and fulfilling their specific project needs.
• Managing a diverse portfolio of construction projects, ensuring each project meets its objectives.
• Coordinating project planning and schedule management to achieve key milestones efficiently.
• Overseeing budget control and the procurement of materials and subcontractors.
• Conducting on-site inspections to ensure adherence to the highest standards of construction and safety.
• Upholding strict safety regulations throughout all stages of the project.
• Liaising effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure collaborative and successful project outcomes.
• Proactively addressing and resolving construction-related issues.
• Ensuring projects remain on track for timely and successful completion.

The Construction Project Manager

• Should be accredited or actively working towards certifications such as MRICS, CIOB , or APM.
• Ideally possesses a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a Construction Consultancy, demonstrating relevant industry experience.
• Exhibits demonstrated expertise in managing diverse construction projects across various sectors.
• Proficient in handling complex project challenges with innovative solutions.
• Displays a proactive, energetic, and dedicated approach to project management.
