A thriving Construction Consultancy in Birmingham is actively seeking a self-driven Construction Project Manager.

The Construction Project Manager Role

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of construction projects in sectors including commercial, heritage, retail, education, residential, and healthcare.

This role requires a proactive approach to stakeholder engagement, rigorous project management, and the ability to build strong working relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements and evaluate project feasibility.
• Working collaboratively with clients, developers, designers, and subcontractors.
• Defining and documenting project scopes, maintaining rigorous project management protocols.
• Building trust and establishing strong working relationships with all involved parties.

The Construction Project Manager

• Is preferably RICS chartered or actively working towards it.
• Has a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Project Management Build role within a consultancy.
• Possesses CSCS accreditation.
• Has previous managerial experience and demonstrates leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrates a broad understanding of various sectors and health and safety laws.
