The Construction Project Manager Role

As the successful Construction Project Manager, you'll find yourself at the heart of cutting-edge projects, where your expertise will directly contribute to the delivery of state-of-the-art data centre solutions.

Your role will encompass end-to-end service delivery, ensuring client objectives are met, and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establishing project success criteria, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
• Playing a pivotal role in project governance, establishing effective processes and systems.
• Advising on procurement and resource management.
• Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Managing project finances and change control processes effectively.

The Construction Project Manager

• A Post Graduate Qualification in a relevant field, adding a significant advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, ideally within the digital/data centres environment within a consultancy.
• Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture, with chartered status or nearing achievement.
• A comprehensive understanding of the total project lifecycle, coupled with excellent knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
