This consultancy specialises in a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on Life Sciences and Office projects, leveraging their expertise in areas such as rapid real estate analysis, corporate real estate services, lab design, and workplace strategy.
The Construction Project Manager Role
The Project Manager will be a key player in driving projects related to Life Sciences and Office sectors. You will utilise cutting-edge AI-powered data structuring, visualization technology, and proprietary datasets to deliver exceptional results.
The role involves collaborating with an international network of professionals, ensuring consistent and high-quality service across borders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a range of projects in Life Sciences and Office sectors, employing advanced technology and data analysis tools.
- Advising clients on portfolio advisory, flexible office requirements, lab design, construction oversight, and workplace strategy.
- Coordinating with global teams to ensure consistency in international service delivery.
- Overseeing lab and facility planning, providing integrated support focused on infrastructure planning, builds, and operational establishment.
- Ensuring effective workspace planning and efficiency to meet clients' square footage requirements.
The Construction Project Manager
- Must have extensive experience in managing projects within the Life Sciences and Office sectors.
- Is adept in utilising AI-powered data structuring and visualization technologies for real estate analysis.
- Possesses a strong understanding of corporate real estate services, lab design, and workplace strategy.
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership and project management skills, capable of handling complex, multi-faceted projects.

- Holds relevant qualifications in project management or a related field, with additional certifications being advantageous.
