The Construction Project Manager Role

The Project Manager will be a key player in driving projects related to Life Sciences and Office sectors. You will utilise cutting-edge AI-powered data structuring, visualization technology, and proprietary datasets to deliver exceptional results.

The role involves collaborating with an international network of professionals, ensuring consistent and high-quality service across borders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a range of projects in Life Sciences and Office sectors, employing advanced technology and data analysis tools.
• Advising clients on portfolio advisory, flexible office requirements, lab design, construction oversight, and workplace strategy.
• Coordinating with global teams to ensure consistency in international service delivery.
• Overseeing lab and facility planning, providing integrated support focused on infrastructure planning, builds, and operational establishment.
• Ensuring effective workspace planning and efficiency to meet clients' square footage requirements.

The Construction Project Manager

• Must have extensive experience in managing projects within the Life Sciences and Office sectors.
• Is adept in utilising AI-powered data structuring and visualization technologies for real estate analysis.
• Possesses a strong understanding of corporate real estate services, lab design, and workplace strategy.
• Demonstrates exceptional leadership and project management skills, capable of handling complex, multi-faceted projects.

• Holds relevant qualifications in project management or a related field, with additional certifications being advantageous.
