The Construction Project Manager Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be a pivotal figure within the consultancy, working closely with senior project managers and directors. You will play a key role in securing and delivering projects to the highest standards, providing a rich and diverse professional experience through involvement in a range of project sizes.

This position calls for effective collaboration within a team of professionals, as well as the autonomy to manage projects independently.

Construction Project Manager's Responsibilities

• Managing projects within the Residential and Education sectors, showcasing the ability to handle a variety of project sizes.
• Playing a key role in the successful delivery of projects, from securing new projects to their completion.
• Collaborating effectively within a well-established team, while also possessing the capability to work independently.
• Contributing to the consultancy's success through excellent project management and client satisfaction.

The Construction Project Manager

• Chartered status is ideal, reflecting a high level of professional achievement, although it is not essential.
• Must possess strong team collaboration skills, with the capability to also work independently on projects.
• Essential to have prior consultancy experience, demonstrating a strong background in project management within relevant sectors.
• A degree in Project Management or a relevant equivalent is required, underpinning a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise in the field.
