The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role within the team, leading the full cycle of Residential and Mixed-use projects across all RIBA stages. This position involves collaborating with diverse teams, effective communication with all stakeholders, and maintaining a strong focus on quality, budget, and time management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of Residential and Mixed-use projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

The Construction Project Manager

• Proven experience in managing Residential projects across different RIBA stages, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the construction process.
• Strong background in construction consultancy, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
• A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high quality.
• Holds relevant industry qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, RIBA), which are highly advantageous, showcasing a commitment to professional excellence.
