This firm is known for its forward-thinking approach and is looking for a Construction Project Manager who can bring a unique blend of expertise and creativity to manage complex construction projects.

The Construction Project Manager Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will embrace the team's commitment to innovation, applying your project management expertise to the complex and evolving needs of modern construction. Your role will encompass comprehensive project oversight, from initial planning to post-completion, across various sectors including commercial, industrial, education, residential, retail, and leisure.

Key Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager:

• Oversee the implementation of innovative and efficient project planning and coordination.
• Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Work across diverse sectors, including commercial, industrial, education, residential, retail, and leisure.
• Ensure inventive solutions are applied to project management processes.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Uphold high standards of project execution and quality control.

The Construction Project Manager

• A BSc/MSc Degree in a relevant field.
• Desirable qualifications include MRICS, MICOB, APMP, or PRINCE2.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience post-PM qualification within a Construction Consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
• Commercial Property experience is highly desirable.
• Competency in handling various RIBA stages.
• Organizational skills and self-motivation are crucial for success in this role.
