A leading Construction Consultancy is seeking an ambitious Construction Project Manager to enhance their Manchester office team.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to manage a diverse range of projects across various sectors including education, hospitality, industrial, corporate, mixed-use, residential, and retail.

The Construction Project Manager Role

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle from the initial concept through to successful completion. You will have the autonomy to manage projects at any RIBA stage, demonstrating flexibility and a comprehensive understanding of different project demands. This role is not just about managing projects; it's about leading with initiative, advancing your professional career, and significantly contributing to the growth and development of the business.

Construction Project Manager's Responsibilities

  • Supervising a wide-ranging portfolio of projects across diverse sectors.
  • Leading projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Displaying strong drive and self-motivation, with a keen focus on professional development and business growth.
  • Flexibility in taking on projects at any stage of development, showcasing adaptability and comprehensive project management skills.

The Construction Project Manager

  • Ideally Chartered or working towards accreditation (RICS/APM), demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence.
  • Holds a degree in Project Management or an equivalent qualification, providing a solid foundation of knowledge in the field.
  • Proficient in managing a diverse caseload of projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Comes from a consultancy background, equipped with the skills and experience to navigate the complexities of consultancy project management.
  • Exhibits strong self-motivation and a drive to excel within the role, with an ambition to contribute to the business's success.
