The Construction Project Manager Role

The Project Manager will be at the forefront of managing a diverse portfolio of projects, covering sectors such as retail, leisure, workplace, mixed-use, residential, industrial, public services, education, and healthcare.

This role demands a professional who can seamlessly navigate through the complexities of large-scale projects, ensuring the highest standards of delivery through strategic guidance and effective project lifecycle management.

Responsibilities Include:

Strategic project execution and quality planning.
Effective team selection and procurement execution.
Comprehensive risk assessment and planning strategy.
Implementing planned maintenance approaches and conducting optioneering studies.

The Construction Project Manager

Accreditation by RICS, APM, CIOB, or actively progressing towards such accreditation.
Holder of Project Management qualifications, preferably Prince 2.
Demonstrated experience within construction consultancy or client-side organisations.
A proven track record of successfully managing a variety of projects in the built environment, particularly within a consultancy context.
A proactive, hard-working ethic and a strong commitment to teamwork.
