A revolutionary and reputable Consultancy in London is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in residential projects.

The Construction Project Manager Role

As a Project Manager, you will be a vital part of the dynamic team, focusing primarily on residential projects. You will bring your expertise and leadership skills to the forefront, ensuring the successful delivery of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing residential projects with a consultancy-led approach.
• Acting as an Employer's Agent, providing guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leading projects in a post-contract PM/Employer's Agent role.
• Coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

The Construction Project Manager

• A chartered status (RICS, APM, ICE, or equivalent).
• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrable experience as a project lead in post-contract Project Management/Employer's Agent roles.
• A track record of successful delivery in residential projects.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
