An ambitious and growing Construction Consultancy based in London is currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Construction Project Manager.

This role offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a forward-thinking team, contributing to a range of high-profile Hotel and Leisure projects, as well as engaging assignments in the Commercial and Residential sectors.

The Construction Project Manager Role

In this vital role, the Construction Project Manager will primarily focus on Hotel and Leisure projects, with additional responsibilities in the Commercial and Residential sectors. This position presents a diverse and stimulating range of tasks, requiring a dynamic approach to project management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinating project teams to ensure streamlined workflow and effective communication.
• Conducting thorough site inspections to uphold project integrity and compliance with standards.
• Rigorous adherence to regulations and client specifications.
• Efficient management of project budgets and timelines.
• Facilitating clear, consistent communication among all project stakeholders.
• Overseeing the successful completion of all project elements, ensuring client satisfaction.

The Construction Project Manager

• A degree in Construction/Project Management (BSc/MSc), providing a solid foundation in the principles of project management.
• Ideally chartered or actively working towards accreditation with RICS, CIOB, or APM, showcasing a commitment to professional development.
• Competence in managing most or all RIBA stages, reflecting a comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle.
• Previous experience within a Consultancy environment, preferably with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
• Extensive experience in managing Hotel and Leisure projects, evidencing sector-specific expertise.
