The Construction Project Manager Role

As the Construction Project Manager, your primary focus will be on spearheading projects within the Commercial Sector, typically involving spaces ranging from 15,000 to 80,000 sq ft. This role demands a blend of strategic foresight and practical execution, ensuring that each project aligns with the consultancy's high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading project planning and team coordination to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Managing budgets meticulously, with a focus on financial efficiency and value maximisation.
• Engaging in active collaboration with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants, to facilitate smooth project progress.
• Employing problem-solving skills to effectively navigate and overcome project challenges.
• Upholding the highest standards of quality and ensuring client satisfaction through diligent project management.

The Construction Project Manager

• An MSc/BSc Degree in Project Management or a relevant field, providing a solid foundation in project management principles.
• RICS accreditation or active pursuit thereof, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence and industry standards.
• A solid background in Construction Consultancy, with a track record of successfully managing diverse projects.
• Strong experience in managing a variety of Commercial projects, showcasing adaptability and expertise.
• A full, clean driver's license, enabling mobility for site visits and client meetings.
