An independent and dedicated Property Consultancy Practice in London is in search of a dedicated and confident Construction Project Manager.

This role is a prime opportunity for a professional who excels in high-end development projects and is passionate about delivering excellence in the construction sector.

The Construction Project Manager Role

As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for a varied workload, with a primary focus on high-end development projects in the Commercial Offices, Retail, and Industrial sectors. These projects typically range in value from £1 million to £30 million.

Your role will be integral to driving these projects to successful completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the oversight of maintenance contract specifications and procurement processes.
• Conducting comprehensive audits, continuous project monitoring, and scheduled maintenance reviews.
• Ensuring that each project phase, from inception to completion, meets the highest standards of excellence.
• Upholding stringent quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to align project objectives with client expectations.

The Construction Project Manager

• An MSc/BSc Degree in Project Management or an equivalent qualification.
• Ideally MRICS qualified with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated diligence and proficiency in managing complex projects within a Consultancy environment.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
• A full driving license, essential for site visits and client meetings.
• A collaborative approach to teamwork, coupled with the ability to work effectively and autonomously.
