A prestigious and independent Construction Consultancy in London is actively seeking a dynamic and dedicated Construction Project Manager.

This position presents a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional eager to make a significant impact in a variety of construction sectors including commercial, office, residential, as well as arts and heritage projects.

The Construction Project Manager Role

In this role, the Construction Project Manager will be a key player in a diverse range of projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that each project is handled with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing appointment documents and supervising project handovers.
• Providing continuous support to clients throughout the project duration.
• Leading post-project review discussions.
• Actively contributing to the business's growth and development.

The Construction Project Manager

• Chartered status with MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB, or actively working towards such accreditation.
• Experience in a construction consultancy environment.
• A degree in Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience across a range of build sector projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A positive attitude and willingness to actively engage in project responsibilities.
