An expanding Construction Consultancy is on the lookout for a driven and dedicated Construction Project Manager to join their team in their London office.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will collaborate closely with a senior PM, tackling diverse projects in Residential and Commercial sectors.

This skilled Construction Project Manager will naturally take full responsibility for their projects from start to finish. They will play a pivotal role in the company's growth by nurturing relationships with existing and new clients. Along with managing risks and value for the design team, they'll handle crucial day-to-day administrative tasks vital for project success.

The Construction Project Manager

Degree in Construction/Project Management/Surveying
Possessing FRICS, MRICS, or AssocRICS qualifications, or displaying the willingness and capability to work towards obtaining them
Confident communicator and strong interpersonal skills when engaging with clients, designers, contractors and colleagues
Bringing prior experience within a Construction Consultancy setting
Demonstrating extensive expertise in producing and administering construction contracts
