A thriving and expanding Construction Consultancy are in search of a goal-oriented and highly efficient Construction Project Manager to join their team in the vibrant city of London.

The Construction Project Manager Role

The Construction Project Manager will focus on projects within the Retail, Leisure, and Commercial sectors, which offer a diverse range of challenges and exciting opportunities.

The successful Construction Project Manager will be an integral part of the Project Management team, responsible for the day-to-day project delivery. This includes managing the design team, devising innovative solutions, overseeing contract administration, developing and optimizing project documentation and processes, all while ensuring we consistently meet and exceed client expectations.

The Construction Project Manager

• RICS, APM, CIOB accredited or working towards
• Extensive experience in the retail sector
• Project Management qualifications such as Prince 2 is preferable
• Experience in a client facing role/construction consultancy/client organisation
• Enthusiastic and strong work ethic
