The Role: Commercial Litigation Senior Associate

In this role, the Commercial Litigation Senior Associate will provide guidance on a diverse range of international and national disputes across all the sectors the Firm specialises in, including corporate and commercial, financial services, energy and real estate. Commercial Litigation Senior Associate responsibilities will include taking instructions and preparing high-quality, concise party/party correspondence, instructions to Counsel, pleadings, and other necessary court and arbitration documents. They will also assist partners with business development initiatives and be encouraged to proactively cultivate your own and the team's client relationships and market presence.

The Employment - Commercial Litigation Senior Associate

• Qualified in England and Wales
• At least 5 years PQE in litigation, with a proven track record of successfully handling complex disputes.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering top-notch client service and achieving client goals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively within the team and across departments, and mentor junior team members to support their development.
