The Commercial Litigation Partner will join a highly respected and established Commercial Litigation team. Handle complex and high-stakes litigation matters, including partnership disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, and high-value commercial disputes.

Develop and maintain client relationships, playing a crucial role in sustaining and growing the firm's client base.

The Employment - Commercial Litigation Partner

• Experience: At least 6 years PQE in commercial litigation, with a proven track record of successfully handling complex disputes.
• Client Relationship Management: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on delivering top-notch client service and achieving client goals.
• Team Collaboration and Development: Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively within the team and across departments, and mentor junior team members to support their development.
