Chartered Valuation Surveyor

A successful Estate Agency and Chartered Surveying Practice based in Maidenhead are seeking an experienced and competent Valuation Surveyor to join their well established team.

The successful Valuation Surveyor will be able to value all asset classes such as Residential, Commercial, Offices and Land for disposal, taxation, pension and mortgage purposes.

They are growing at a rapid rate and looking to add several Surveyors. With the opportunity to join such an established team and a growing company there are chances for an ambitious and hard working Surveyor to progress.

The MRICS Valuation Surveyor will ideally hold:

• MRICS qualification
• Registered Valuer
• 2 year PQE as a minimum
• Good people and communication skills
• Team player
