Chartered Valuation Surveyor

An experienced and professional Director is looking to add a Valuation Surveyor to their small but growing team based out of their Head office in Guildford.

The successful Valuation Surveyor will be able to value Residential and Commercial property including development and investment work for various purposes such as bank lending, asset management advice to the management department and various clients.

They are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running, with experience of the London and South East markets and the ambition and drive to progress their career.

The MRICS Valuation Surveyor will ideally hold:

• MRICS qualification
• Registered Valuer
• 2 year PQE as a minimum
• Good people and communication skills
• Team player
