The Chartered Building Surveyors' role

Joining a supportive and tight-knit team, the successful Chartered Building Surveyor will oversee a diverse array of projects spanning sectors such as retail, leisure, office, industrial, residential, and public.

Responsibilities will include delivering comprehensive professional services like dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, technical due diligence, defect diagnosis, fire safety advice, condition reports, and development monitoring.

This role offers a well-defined career path for the Chartered Building Surveyor, providing opportunities for advancement to Senior and potentially Associate levels.

The Chartered Building Surveyor

• MRICS qualified
• Commercial consultancy experience is preferred
• A Degree in Building Surveying
• Experience across the sectors mentioned would be ideal
