An independent commercial property and building consultancy is currently seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to enhance their team in Manchester.

The Chartered Building Surveyors' role

As part of a close-knit and supportive team within the Manchester office, the successful Chartered Building Surveyor will manage a varied project portfolio across multiple sectors, including retail, leisure, office, industrial, residential, and public.

The Chartered Building Surveyor will deliver a range of professional services, such as dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, technical due diligence, defect diagnosis, fire safety advice, condition reports, and development monitoring.

This position offers the incoming Chartered Building Surveyor a clear path for progression to Senior levels, with potential future opportunities to advance to Associate level.

The Chartered Building Surveyor

• MRICS qualified
• Commercial consultancy experience is preferred
• A Degree in Building Surveying
• Experience across the sectors mentioned would be ideal
