A respected, multi-disciplinary private practice is on the lookout for a Chartered Building Surveyor to enhance their Manchester team.

This position offers a unique opportunity for a MRICS qualified Chartered Building Surveyor to immerse themselves in specialized projects within the insurance sector, particularly focusing on residential properties.

The Chartered Building Surveyors' role

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will join our dynamic team, contributing to projects that involve detailed collaboration with local authorities and housing associations. Beyond residential projects, this role extends into the commercial realm, with initial assignments focusing on educational sector clients.

This role is designed to leverage your expertise in surveying to ensure the delivery of high-quality service to our clients, while also facilitating your professional growth towards a Senior position within the firm.

The Chartered Building Surveyor

• Strong contract administration experience is ideal
• MRICS qualified
• Experience working within a consultancy environment
• Previous insurance or residential experience is beneficial
