The Chartered Building Surveyor role

  • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work efficiently, on time, and within budget.

  • Support the development and expansion of the team by leading major instructions and actively participating in team management and business development initiatives.
  • Work across multiple sectors, providing professional services including dilapidations, Technical Due Diligence (TDD), and more, leveraging your expertise to achieve excellent outcomes.
