The Chartered Building Surveyor role

As a Chartered Building Surveyor in this dynamic team, you will be involved in a broad range of projects, demonstrating your can-do attitude and eagerness to engage fully with the tasks at hand.

You will play a critical role in the consultancy's success, leveraging your expertise in project management and development experience to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Future responsibilities will include supporting Graduates within the team, underscoring the importance of mentorship and team growth within the consultancy.

The Chartered Building Surveyor

• Chartered status with a relevant professional body (e.g., MRICS).
• A strong background in building surveying across a wide range of sectors.
• Demonstrable experience in project management and a track record of work-winning/development activities.
• A forward-thinking individual hungry for progression with the ambition to reach Director level.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
