Chartered Building Surveyor

An established and expanding construction consultancy based in London, are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to complement our team of 5 professionals.

The successful Building Surveyor's Role

As the chose Building Surveyor you'll cater to a diverse client base, including public entities like the London Borough of Hackney, as well as private clients such as commercial retailers.

The successful Building Surveyor will work projects that range in value from £10,000 to £1,000,000, offering a dynamic and varied workload. The role encompasses core building surveying services, project management responsibilities, and principal designer instructions.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• MRICS accreditation ideally.
• Between newly qualified to 3+ years' and pursing their APC.
• Proven varied instruction experience, both professional and project.
• A commercial consultancy or private practice background.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Keen to help progress any Graduate Building Surveyor in the business, with future management ability.
