A Chartered Building Surveyor is now sought after by a leading, multi-disciplinary property practice situated in the vibrant centre of London.

The successful Building Surveyor's Role

This prestigious role offers the chance to lead a range of projects, with values ranging from £500k to £6M, across the commercial and residential sectors for an eclectic mix of clients throughout London and the South East.

In this Building Surveying role, you will steer projects from their inception to their completion, acting in capacities such as contract administrator, lead consultant, and project manager. Your responsibilities will not only be project-focused but also include providing advisory services such as defect diagnosis, preparing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, and handling dilapidations for both landlords and tenants.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

  • Ideally RICS accredited, or working towards with 3+ years' of consultancy background.
  • Proven experience in leading projects for a range of clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, essential for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Experience in advisory work, but a bias or interest in project delivery.
