The successful Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a dynamic team, contributing to the consultancy's reputation for excellence in the industry. You will be involved in the full spectrum of professional services, offering your expertise in:

• Party wall mattersDilapidations
• Conducting a variety of surveys
• Fire insurance valuations
• Preparation of specifications and drawings
• Feasibility reports

This role not only demands a high level of technical proficiency but also an ability to understand and meet the diverse needs of our clientele. Working alongside a highly skilled team, the Chartered Building Surveyor will play a pivotal role in project delivery, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• Chartered status with a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS)
• Extensive experience in building surveying within a consultancy environment
• A proven track record of delivering professional services and managing projects across commercial, office, retail, and residential sectors
• Excellent technical knowledge and ability
• Commericially driven and client facing demeanour
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements
