The successful Building Surveyor's Role

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a close-knit team of 10 professionals, delivering unparalleled service in the field of building surveying.

• A strong focus on managing and executing dilapidation projects for an array of commercial clients.
• Involvement in a broad range of building surveying tasks, ensuring a diverse and engaging workload.
• Collaborating effectively within the team, contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence in the real estate sector.

The successful Building Surveyor will have?

• Recently attained MRICS qualification.
• Proven experience in managing dilapidation projects for commercial clients, demonstrating technical expertise and client-focused approach.
• A broad understanding and experience in core building surveying services.
• Excellent communication skills, essential for client interaction and team collaboration.
• A commitment to continuous professional development, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
