The CDM Consultant role

The successful CDM Consultant will play a crucial role, contributing to a broad range of projects that span across multiple sectors.

As a CDM Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 regulations across various projects.
• Collaborating with design teams to integrate health and safety considerations during the design phase.
• Conducting site inspections and audits to maintain safety standards.
• Delivering expert advice and guidance on health and safety matters to clients and project teams.

The CDM Consultant

• A proven track record as a CDM Consultant within a consultancy environment.
• Experience working across diverse sectors such as commercial, health, education, defence, residential, and heritage.
• A strong understanding of CDM 2015 regulations and a commitment to maintaining high health and safety standards.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent health and safety qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with clients and project teams.
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
