Perfectly suited for a CDM Advisor who enjoys on-site engagements and a variety of experiences, this role primarily allows for remote working, providing a blend of home-based work with the excitement of travelling to various locations across the UK.
Key Responsibilities for the CDM Consultant:
- Provide crucial pre-construction information.
- Formulate Construction Phase Plans (CPPs).
- Offer guidance and support to clients in meeting their obligations under CDM regulations and other health and safety standards and legislations in construction.
- Assist duty holders in compiling Pre-Construction Information (PCIs).
- Exhibit a deep understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015.
Essential Criteria for a Successful CDM Consultant:
- Holding at least the NEBOSH General and Construction Certificate.
- NEBOSH Diploma Level 6 is highly preferred.
- Membership in IOSH.
- Association of Project Safety (APS) membership is advantageous.
- Qualifications in an engineering, design, or construction-related field.
- Comprehensive knowledge of CDM2015.
