Key Responsibilities for the CDM Consultant:

• Provide crucial pre-construction information.
• Formulate Construction Phase Plans (CPPs).
• Offer guidance and support to clients in meeting their obligations under CDM regulations and other health and safety standards and legislations in construction.
• Assist duty holders in compiling Pre-Construction Information (PCIs).
• Exhibit a deep understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015.

Essential Criteria for a Successful CDM Consultant:

• Holding at least the NEBOSH General and Construction Certificate.
• NEBOSH Diploma Level 6 is highly preferred.
• Membership in IOSH.
• Association of Project Safety (APS) membership is advantageous.
• Qualifications in an engineering, design, or construction-related field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CDM2015.
