Buyer ( High-End )

An exciting opportunity for a high-end residential contractor has arisen where they are looking to add a commercially minded Buyer to their thriving Cobham office.

This contractor specialises in high-end residential projects, and has built many award winning homes within this sector.

The office is based inCobham, and due to the nature of this particular role, a full driving license is required.

The Buyer

The successful Buyer will have:

• A background in construction (High-End is not compulsary)
• Previous experience in a Construction Buyer position (or Assistant Buyer) preferably working on high-end residential projects (not essential)
• Good subcontractor / supplier relationships
• A full driving license (Due to nature of this particular position)

The company are happy to discuss individual requirements based on experience but are looking to offer:

• £50,000 - £60,000
