An established building and property consultancy are looking for a bright Building Surveyor to enhance their close-knit Birmingham team.

The Building Surveyors' role

The successful Building Surveyor will join a supportive team, working within a collaborative environment, with continuous opportunity for professional development.

The Building Surveyor will benefit from the opportunity to dive into a wide variety of exciting projects, across sectors including education, sport, leisure, science and heritage.

As well as this, the Building Surveyor will gain invaluable professional services experience.

The Building Surveyor

The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be a well-rounded individual who's ambitious to develop their skills and experience.

• RICS Accredited Degree, ideally in Building Surveying
• MRICS or on the APC pathway
• Previous consultancy experience is preferred

• £35,000 - £45,000
• 25 days annual leave + BH
