A small yet established, family-feel building consultancy are looking for an ambitious Building Surveyor to enhance their Birmingham team.

The Building Surveyors' role

The successful Building Surveyor will have the chance to dive into a wide range of dynamic projects, across the education sector, including sport, leisure, science and heritage schemes.

The Building Surveyor will benefit from gaining invaluable experience within a supportive team and collaborative environment, with continuous opportunity for professional development.

Person specification

The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be a driven individual with experience within the education market.

• RICS Accredited BS Degree
• Currently working towards APC
• Both project and professional experience
