Building Surveyor

An innovative and forward-thinking construction consultancy in Exeter is actively seeking a Building Surveyor to enhance their team.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a driven Building Surveyor who is keen to dive into both traditional Building Surveying and Project Management roles.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyor will work on a diverse range of projects spanning various sectors including education, residential (both social and private housing), MoD, and conservation.

This position offers a unique mix of collaborative team projects and independent project management, providing a rich, balanced experience in both shared and solo responsibilities.

Designed as a pathway to long-term career development, this role comes with clear progression plans. These are tailored to not only advance the Building Surveyor's professional skills but also to enhance personal growth.

The Building Surveyor

• Qualified with MRICS, or at least working towards completion of APC
• Experience within a similar consultancy environment
• An interest in working across a variety of sectors is beneficial
