A leading built environment consultancy are looking for a bright Building Surveyor to join their thriving Leeds team.

The Building Surveyors' role

In this role, the Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a robust team, involved in all aspects of building surveying across the education, commercial and industrial sectors.

The successful Building Surveyor will be exposed to the full spectrum of professional services such as contract administration, dilapidations, party wall, TDD and defect analysis.

Person specification

The Building Surveyor will ideally be a driven individual, happy to take on a diverse range of responsibilities.

• A team player!
• Working towards APC is preferred
• Previous consultancy experience
