The Building Surveyor role

The Building Surveyor

• A solid foundation in building surveying, with a readiness to apply and expand their knowledge across local authority, social housing, and education projects.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional professional services, from condition surveys to dilapidations, across a varied portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure project success.
• A proactive approach to personal development, eager to embrace the learning opportunities presented across multifaceted sectors.
