A forward-thinking building consultancy is eagerly seeking a bright Building Surveyor to join their thriving team in Liverpool.
The successful Building Surveyor will join a dedicated team of 5 Building Surveyors, working across various sectors such as local authority, social housing, education, and office projects.
The Building Surveyor role
As the new Building Surveyor, you will have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, offering comprehensive surveying services that include project management, condition surveys, defect analysis, and advice on property improvement and maintenance.
This role is perfect for someone who is eager to develop their skills across different sectors and contribute to the success of our projects.
The Building Surveyor
- A degree in Building Surveying or a closely related field.
- Experience in building surveying, preferably with exposure to local authority, social housing, education, or office sectors.
- A strong desire to progress towards MRICS qualification, if not already achieved.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and manage client relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
