The Building Surveyor role

This role presents an exciting opportunity to support a growing project portfolio across the South West, engaging with a variety of sectors including residential, commercial, education, conservation, and agriculture.

Focused on design and contract administration, this position is ideal for a Building Surveyor eager to immerse themselves in diverse projects and contribute to the consultancy's success.

The Building Surveyor

• Proven experience in Building Surveying, ideally across a broad range of sectors including residential, commercial, education, conservation, and agriculture.
• A keen interest in design and contract administration.
• The ability to work independently on large value projects with sound knowledge of all aspects of professional consultancy services.
• Strong understanding of relevant legislation and technical standards.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• A commitment to professional development and supporting the growth of the team.
