The Building Surveyor role

The Building Surveyor will:

• Conduct thorough building surveys, preparing detailed reports that highlight current conditions and recommending necessary repairs or alterations.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, offering tailored advice that aligns with their strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards, on time and within budget.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations, ensuring all work is compliant and up-to-date.

The Building Surveyor

• A proven track record of success in building surveying across various sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• A commitment to continuous professional development, staying ahead of industry changes and innovations.
• Bachelor's degree in Building Surveying or a related field, with MRICS qualification preferred but not essential.
