A well-regarded, medium-sized property and construction consultancy are looking for a talented Building Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.

The Building Surveyors' role

The successful Building Surveyor will become an integral part of a dynamic consultancy, with the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across various sectors, including commercial, residential, education, and healthcare.

The Building Surveyor will be pivotal in delivering comprehensive building surveying services such as defect diagnosis, condition surveys, dilapidations, and technical due diligence (TDD).

This position is ideal for a driven Building Surveyor eager to contribute to high-profile projects and enhance their expertise within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Building Surveyor

• A BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
• An ambitious and enthusiastic individual
• Keen to complete APC
