Building Surveyor (Fire Safety)

I'm newly partnered with a global design and construction consultancy seeking a Building Surveyor to carry out a varied Building Surveying & Fire Safety role.

The successful Building Surveyor will join a close-knit yet rapidly expanding Building Surveying team and carry out the full complement of traditional Building Surveying & Project Management, whilst diversifying into the world of Fire Safety.

An incredibly unique opportunity for the successful Building Surveyor to carry out a variety of projects across a range of sectors, including but not limited to; Military, Nuclear, Commercial & Public.

The Successful Building Surveyor?

• 2+ years' experience in a Building Surveying Role
• RICS accredited degree
• EWS certified (or open to studying)
• Client-facing, with the soft-skills required to build and develop client relationships

In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor Will Receive;

• £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
• Hybrid Building Surveying/Fire Safety Role
