The Role of the Chartered Building Surveyor
- Conducting comprehensive building surveys and preparing detailed reports.
- Providing expert advice on property and construction, including design, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment.
- Managing projects effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to time and budget constraints.
- Playing a pivotal role in business development and client management.
This role is ideally suited for a Chartered Building Surveyor who is ambitious and seeking a platform for rapid career advancement.
The Candidate
- A RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying.
- Chartered status (MRICS), with relevant post-qualification experience.
- A strong background in a variety of surveying projects, preferably within a consultancy environment.
- Excellent technical knowledge, communication skills, and a client-focused approach.
- A desire and potential to progress into a senior role.
