The Role of the Chartered Building Surveyor

• Conducting comprehensive building surveys and preparing detailed reports.
• Providing expert advice on property and construction, including design, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment.
• Managing projects effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to time and budget constraints.
• Playing a pivotal role in business development and client management.

The Candidate

• A RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying.
• Chartered status (MRICS), with relevant post-qualification experience.
• A strong background in a variety of surveying projects, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Excellent technical knowledge, communication skills, and a client-focused approach.
• A desire and potential to progress into a senior role.
