Building Surveyor

A fantastic multi-disciplinary consultancy are seeking a hardworking and experienced Building Surveyor to join their Manchester team.

The Building Surveyor role

This progressive consultancy has just landed a million-pound energy project and are looking for an innovative Building Surveyor to come in and support this project.

This is a great opportunity for an individual who is looking to focus more on the project side of Building Surveying and work on large-scale projects across a range of sectors.

The successful Building Surveyor will be running and supporting this amazing project alongside a team of intelligent professionals. Alongside this there will be a minimal amount of report writing, surveys and overseeing specifications.

You will be assisting and leading on the design of projects including a mixture of refurbishment and new build projects.

There is future opportunity to work on an exciting and diverse range of projects across the UK and Europe, so if you're looking for exposure and variety, this is a great opportunity for you.

The Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Ideally qualified or working towards (MRICS)
• Project Delivery experience
