An encouraging and successful Building Surveying Practice are now looking for a confident and experienced Building Surveyor to join their Preston team.

The Building Surveyor Role

The successful Building Surveyor will be working within the commercial, educational and high-end residential sectors on a range of professional services and projects.

The Building Surveyor will be working on professional services such as contract administration, dilapidations, party wall and expert witness alongside projects inclduing new builds, repairs, fit-outs and new builds.

This is a great opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is looking to take on more responsibility and develop their career.

The Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working autonously
• Consultancy experience

In Return, the Building Surveyor will receive:

• £35,000 - £45,000
