A dynamic, market leading Building Surveying and project consultancy are looking for a professional and career focused Building Surveyor to join their progressive Glasgow team.

The Building Surveyor role

This Building Surveying role is predominantly project based, you will have huge exposure to an extensive variety of projects working together with the Edinburgh and Aberdeen offices.

The successful Building Surveyor will be working closely with the Regional Director, supporting on predominantly public sector projects including healthcare and education schemes.

This consultancy have just a landed a brand new long-term project, that the successful Building Surveyor will be working on alongside a team of professionals.

Professional services include condition surveys, technical due diligence, party wall, designs and specifications, contract administration, acquisition surveys, schedule of condition, employers agent and defect diagnosis.

The Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Previous experience within the public sector
• Project delivery and professional services experience
• A confident, professional, client facing Building Surveyor
