Building Surveyor

A great opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Building Surveyor to join on of the UKs leading project consultancies in their growing Edinburgh office.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyor will be working closely with the Regional Director, supporting on predominantly public sector projects including healthcare and education schemes.

You will managing at least 2 long term projects at one time ranging from million-pound new builds to small maintenance and repair works or larger refurbishments.

This Building Surveying role is predominantly project based, you will have huge exposure to an extensive variety of projects working together with the Glasgow and Aberdeen offices.

Professional services include condition surveys, technical due diligence, party wall, designs and specifications, contract administration and defect diagnosis.

The Building Surveyor

• Project delivery experience
• Professional services experience
• A Building Surveying Degree
• Previous experience within the public sector
