Building Surveyor

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Building Surveyor to join a progressive and dynamic Building Surveying Consultancy in Liverpool.

The Building Surveyor role

The successful Building Surveyor will be working on a range of professional and project work for a combination of small private investment companies, institutions and corporate clients.

You will be delivering projects including refurbishments, maintenance, repairs, new builds and fit-outs, from inception to completion across a range of sectors including residential, industrial office, logistics and retail.

Professional services include building surveys, dilapidations, contract administration, development monitoring, defect analysis, party wall, technical due diligence, reinstatement cost assessments and specifications/schedule of works.

The Building Surveyor

• A Building Surveying Degree
• Project delivery experience
• Experience working on projects from inception to completion
• Confident within a client facing role
