Building Surveyor

A great opportunity has arisen for a confident and client-facing Building Surveyor to join a Building Surveying Practice in Edinburgh.

The Building Surveyor role

This role consists of professional services including dilapidations, contract administration, pre-acquisition surveys, due diligence, expert witness services, defect analysis, building pathology and schedule of condition.

The Building Surveyor will be working on a number of projects including refurbishments, within the retail, industrial and education sectors.

The Building Surveyor

Ideally, the Building Surveyor will be confident working with a high workload in client facing roles and have professional services and project delivery experience.

Experience working within the mentioned sectors will be beneficial but not critical.
